TRY BEFORE YOU BUY
PKS never charges a buyout fee. Once the temporary employee has reached 650 hours of employment you may retain them as a permanent employee at no additional charge. The 650
 hours serves as a probationary period in which you can evaluate the employee's dependability, work ethic and proficiency in completing assigned duties.

CLIENT INVOLVEMENT
PKS encourages your participation in the hiring process. We will provide you with several qualified candidates from which to choose. The client interviews each candidate and determines the rate of pay with consideration to current pay levels, experience of the candidate and specific job descriptions.

CANDIDATE JOB SATISFACTION
Over 95% percent of PKS temporary employees are hired permanently upon completion of the probationary period. PKS has significantly reduced tardiness and absenteeism concerns because we pay fair market wages based on job order specifications and strongly encourage permanent placements.

PKS conforms to a strict code of professional ethics as determined by the National Association of Personnel Consultants. All PKS personnel consultants are nationally certified as soon as they are eligible for certification.
